Originally a native species of the Caribbean, the Scotch Bonnet is closely related to the Habanero making it perfect for South American Dishes too.
Simply pop one pod into warm water for 20 minutes to rehydrate it or crush/cut up and use sparingly in soups, stews and casseroles.
